Butterfinger Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups Candy Corn
1 cup peanut butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips, optional for dipping
Directions:
Line a 9x9 pan with foil.
Spray with cooking spray.
Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, over low heat, add candy corn and peanut butter.
Stir for about 3 minutes.
Add sweetened condensed milk, stirring and cooking for another 3 minutes.
Do not boil milk.
Add white chocolate chips.
Continue stirring until everything melts together.
Spread evenly into pan.
Cool on counter about 15 minutes, then chill in refrigerator until hardened.
Remove from refrigerator and cut into squares.
Dip the fudge squares into melted milk chocolate chips, if desired.
Set on a wax paper lined cookie sheet or cutting board to harden.
